Great to meet you!

You might look like you’re holding it all together, but inside feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of who you are right now and that can be exhausting. I work with teens, young adults, and women navigating big transitions and all the feelings that come with them. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can exhale, be honest, and start making sense of things. Together, we’ll help you feel more grounded, confident, and work on growing into your next chapter.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in meeting you where you are. I focus on helping you understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns while also giving you practical tools to feel better day-to-day. I often work with people navigating identity changes and life transitions, so we’ll spend time making sense of who you are and what matters to you. I draw from evidence-based approaches while keeping our work flexible and tailored to you. Therapy with me is a balance of support, insight, and real-life strategies.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll start with your story: what’s been weighing on you and what you’re hoping will feel different. I’ll ask some gentle questions to understand you better, but you can share as much or as little as you’re ready for. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and not judged. Together, we’ll begin identifying what you want to work on and how I can best support you. You can expect to leave with a sense of direction and a plan moving forward.
