Great to meet you!

You might look like you’re holding it all together, but inside feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure who you are right now—and that can be exhausting. I work with teens, young adults, and women going through big life changes and all the feelings that come with them. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can exhale, be honest, and start making sense of things. Together, we’ll help you feel more grounded, confident, and ready for your next chapter.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and focused on meeting you exactly where you are. I’ll help you understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while also giving you practical tools to feel better day-to-day. I often work with people in seasons of identity change and transition, and I draw from evidence-based approaches while keeping our work flexible and tailored to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll start with your story—what’s been weighing on you and what you hope will feel different. I’ll ask gentle questions to get to know you, and you can share at your own pace. My goal is for you to feel safe, respected, and not judged. By the end, we’ll identify what you want to work on and outline a clear plan so you leave with a sense of direction.
