Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist and licensed specialist in school psychology. I believe everyone has unique gifts and strengths. I love working with older children and teens to help them navigate their challenges and empower them with skills to continue navigating challenges throughout their lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy, I believe it is important to treat each client with respect. The client's perspective is valid and should not be belittled. I have a good sense of humor, but use that with sensitivity.

What you can expect from our first session

I want each client to leave sessions feeling heard and building skills that will help them gain confidence in overcoming challenges. Whether it is depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, stress, or another challenge, therapy is tailored to the needs of each client. I want them to accept that challenge isn't failure.
