I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner currently practicing in the state of Texas. I graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington. I have been a nurse for over 13 years.

I collaborate closely with individuals to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs, goals, and strengths. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where one feels heard, validated, and empowered to take an active role in their own mental health journey.

I approach mental health management with a person-centered and holistic perspective, recognizing that mental health is influenced by a multitude of factors, including biological, psychological, social, and environmental aspects.

The first visit involves asking you questions about your emotional well-being, sleep patterns, appetite, energy levels, and any other relevant aspects of your life. I then work collaboratively with you to develop a personalized treatment plan. This plan may include a combination of medication management, therapy, lifestyle modifications, and other evidence-based interventions tailored to your specific needs and goals.
