I am a UPenn trained Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of Pennsylvania, and I provide medication management for treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, insomnia, among other conditions. During the initial 60 minute evaluation, we will discuss history and symptoms to gain clarity on diagnosis to guide our treatment plan moving forward. I will provide my diagnostic impression as well as evidence based treatment recommendations. During the 30 minute follow up visits, we will discuss medication efficacy, side effects and response.
