Great to meet you!

My training is in business administration, professional counseling, higher education administration, and school psychology. I have over 40 years in higher education as a professor and dean. As a school psychologist, I have worked with many young children, adolescents, and young adults. I specifically have experience in trauma, anxiety, behavioral issues, family dynamics, and cultural dynamics. I truly believe we can do much more than survive. We can thrive!

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a partnership, a collaborative effort in desiring to grow, face challenges, create positive narratives, and break the cycle of emotional pain.
