Great to meet you!
The ultimate goal of therapy is on educating you to develop skills to address your emotional and mental difficulties so I am no longer needed.

The ultimate goal of therapy is on educating you to develop skills to address your emotional and mental difficulties so I am no longer needed.
I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my practice. However, depending upon your concerns (i.e. anxiety, depression, trauma), other therapy approaches will be utilized such as Trauma Informed Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), with a Christian perspective.
In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings for the better.
