Great to meet you!

Elizabeth sees her clients from the perspective that they are the heart of the work she does. She recognizes that each person is the best representation of who they are and how they connect with themselves and others in their own life. She is a therapist who lends her training, personality, and demeanor to becoming a guide and mentor along the way for her clients. Elizabeth is authentic and genuine as she moves through getting to know her clients and helping them form personal treatment plans during their therapy journey. Her clients often report that they connect with themselves on deeper levels than they thought possible.

Elizabeth enjoys working with adults 18+ years or older, families, and couples. Her experience includes treating for anxiety, Depression, ACE Discovery, Attachment Style, PTSD, Grief and Loss, LGBTQ+ clients, and has worked with clients with varying trauma types and ages to include sexual trauma, childhood trauma, and various other mental health needs.

My approach to therapy

The path to healing often begins with learning more about the deepest parts of ourselves. From there, we begin to build an appreciation for who we were while surviving what life threw at us. And then we grow, we heal, we recognize our strengths, we begin to thrive. Let's help you thrive!

What you can expect from me

In the work we will do together my clients develop skills in therapy, self care, and self discovery on their own personal path to wellbeing. We do this through a strengths based approach as an alliance together. I make sure each person I work with feels safe and at ease in therapy and that their needs matter. Please feel free to reach out to me, I am taking new clients. Let's work together toward your goals!
