Great to meet you!

Hello! I am passionate about helping people maneuver through various life transitions. My therapeutic experience came from the forensics field collaborating with probation officers and facilitating groups such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Anger Management Skills and Substance Use Disorders as well as co-facilitating Domestic Violence groups.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is from a cognitive behavioral approach which includes changing the internal and external narratives we use on a daily basis that can both interfere and prohibit against growth and peace. I do like to include a "white board" to really engage you in your own growth.

What you can expect from me

The goal of the first session is to create some goals and action steps to help you begin your journey to healing from day one. My goal for you is to spark some hope and determination you are able to make the changes you strive for.
