Great to meet you!

One of the biggest misconceptions about healing is that if you can just understand your problems, they'll disappear. Insight is important—but insight alone rarely creates lasting change. I've spent more than 10 years helping adults navigate anxiety, trauma, burnout, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, and self-criticism. My approach is grounded in evidence-based psychotherapy, but I also believe healing happens through experience, not just conversation. Together, we'll work to reconnect you with your own inner wisdom, helping change move beyond something you understand intellectually into something you genuinely experience in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be tailored to the unique person sitting in front of me, not limited to a single therapy model. My work is grounded in an integrative, experiential approach that draws from attachment theory, psychodynamic principles, mindfulness, and evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). Together, we'll explore the patterns that keep you stuck while helping you reconnect with your emotions, body, values, and inner strengths. Depending on your goals and preferences, therapy may also incorporate mindfulness, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, guided imagery, dream exploration, or other experiential interventions. For clients who are interested and when clinically appropriate, I may also integrate complementary practices such as Reiki as an adjunct to psychotherapy.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a shared understanding of what has brought you to therapy. We'll explore the challenges you're facing, the strengths you already possess, and what you hope will be different moving forward. Together, we'll develop a treatment plan that reflects your goals, preferences, and values. My hope is that you'll leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of how we'll work together to help you move toward the life you want.
