Great to meet you!

Feeling truly understood can be life changing, especially when you have spent so much of your life feeling like you have to explain yourself. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, or exploring your identity, therapy offers a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move toward the life you want to create. I work with adults and couples throughout the Chicagoland area, with a special passion for supporting LGBTQ clients and fellow immigrants as they build healthier relationships, greater self compassion, and a stronger sense of belonging.

My approach to therapy

I bring warmth, humor, directness, and a community oriented approach to every session. My style is collaborative and relationship based, helping you better understand yourself, strengthen communication, and develop practical tools that make everyday life feel more manageable and fulfilling.

What you can expect from me

Meaningful change begins with a single conversation. If you are ready to invest in yourself, I invite you to schedule your first session. Together, we can create a path toward the life and relationships you deserve.
