Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support can be one of the bravest steps you take toward creating meaningful change in your life. I believe that seeking therapy is not a sign of weakness, but a reflection of your strength, courage, and willingness to grow.

Hi, I’m Elizabeth, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, heal from difficult experiences, and discover their strengths along the way. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, working through past experiences, navigating a life transition, or simply hoping to better understand yourself, you do not have to go through it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, growth, and a life where you can truly thrive.

My approach to therapy

I work with children, teens, and adults who may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or experiences that have left them feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. I especially enjoy working with children and families and specialize in child-centered play therapy, creating a safe and supportive space where children can express themselves, process difficult experiences, and develop healthy ways of coping.

I also have a passion for helping individuals who have experienced trauma. Using trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR, I support clients as they work through painful experiences, understand how those experiences may continue to affect them, and move toward healing and greater emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your child, you do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you have been carrying. My hope is to meet each client where they are, recognize the strengths they already possess, and walk alongside them as they work toward healing, growth, and a greater sense of hope.
