Great to meet you!

I have experience in counseling individuals with anxiety, panic, sexual trauma, perinatal mental health, women issues, boundaries, and much more. As a counselor, I treat each situation in a professional manner and use interventions based on an individual's needs. I help my clients find the strength within themselves in order to live a happy, healthy, and successful life. No issue is too small or too big, and everyone deserves some time to talk things through. I provide a positive, safe space for clients while also dedicating time to building professional relationships with them.

My approach to therapy

I like to look at each case as brand new and tailor a plan that specifically fits you and your needs. Not one size fits all and that's the beauty of the mind, not one treatment approach fits everyone. My treatment approaches include but do not limit to CBT, Positive Psychology, TF-CBT, ACT etc. I change up my methods to fit your top priority needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a positive welcoming environment where they will feel seen and heard. I try to make our first session more talkative instead of "probing for answers."
