Great to meet you!

From the outside, your life may look like it's holding together. You may be successful at work, taking care of the people around you, and doing everything you think you're supposed to do. But underneath, you feel disconnected from yourself, weighed down by self-criticism, or left wondering, "Why doesn't life feel the way I thought it would?"

That's the kind of work I love. I help adults move beyond simply managing symptoms and begin reconnecting with themselves in a deeper, more meaningful way. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, low confidence, chronic shame, or a lingering sense that something is missing, therapy can become a place where you experience greater clarity, presence, and a renewed sense of purpose.

My approach to therapy

I believe lasting change happens when we work with the deeper patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others, not just the symptoms you're experiencing today. My clinical experience includes private practice, addiction treatment, and psychiatric hospital settings, and I use a compassionate, experiential approach that helps clients better understand themselves while creating meaningful change.

A central part of my work is NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), a specialized approach designed to help people heal from developmental and relational trauma. Rather than simply teaching coping skills, we'll explore the patterns that may have developed early in life, strengthen your sense of agency, and help you feel more connected, authentic, and fully yourself.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me isn't about becoming someone different. It's about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have been buried beneath stress, self-doubt, or old survival patterns. Our work together is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in genuine curiosity about your experience.

If you're looking for more than symptom management and you're ready to better understand yourself, build healthier relationships, and create a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling, I'd be honored to work alongside you.
