Great to meet you!

Welcome to my practice! I’m a social worker with 18 years of experience. To me, therapy is a place to get back on your feet, learn new skills, and navigate to the next part of your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is non-judgmental, personal, flexible, and compassionate. It is guided by your feedback and needs. I primarily work with clients who are struggling with the effects of trauma, anxiety, grief, and/or depression. My overarching goal is to help you overcome obstacles to living a fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

At our first meeting we will talk about what you want and need. Therapy will always be a collaborative and respectful process. I often use Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy or Cognitive Processing Therapy to help trauma recovery. I also like to incorporate mindfulness and cognitive therapies, such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy, sometimes using pieces of multiple therapies is best. We will determine that together!
