Great to meet you!

Know that I've been doing this work for 40 years, and I still find it meaningful. I work with adults who are grieving - a person, a role, or a version of themselves they thought they'd always have - as well as people feeling stuck in old patterns or trying to rebuild a sense of self after a major life shift. I welcome clients across gender identity, sexual orientation, and relationship structure, including polyamorous and open relationships. Confidentiality and trust are the foundation of how I work.

My approach to therapy

Expect a psychodynamic, family-systems-informed approach, blended with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Internal Family Systems when it fits your goals. I don't work from a script - I walk alongside you as a guide, tailoring the approach to what you actually need session to session. Trust the process: real change tends to happen gradually, through an honest, consistent relationship, not through quick fixes.

What you can expect from me

Expect a conversation, not an interrogation. Bring whatever brought you here - even if you can't fully name it yet. We'll spend the first session getting a clear picture of what's going on, what you've already tried, and what you want to be different. Ask questions freely; this is as much about you deciding if I'm the right fit as it is about me understanding your situation.
