Great to meet you!

I believe effective solutions are as diverse as the people seeking them. I specialize in working with neurodiverse folks looking for support with overwhelm, executive functioning, and stress management. I also have training in Exposure and Response Prevention therapy for OCD.

My approach to therapy

The best part of my job is supporting folks in identifying and developing solutions that align with their values, goals, and personal identities. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, solution focused and cognitive behavioral.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll explore what challenges you're experiencing and what moving toward a more meaningful life looks like for you. I hope to hear more about what has and has not worked for you in the past and begin to draw up a map that moves you closer to achieving your goals.
