Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Elizabeth and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in CT and NY. After several years working as a behavioral health supervisor, I am transitioning to working directly with clients again. What matters most to me is building a genuine connection and supporting you in a way that feels meaningful. I believe that therapy can be a place not only for healing, but also for growth, self-understanding and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe that people are capable of meaningful change, even when life feels overwhelming or when they feel stuck. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, where you can speak openly, feel understood, and explore what’s going on in your life without judgment. I integrate different approaches to help you build insight, develop practical tools, and move toward lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be spent learning about each other. Understanding what you need and how I can best support you. It will be an opportunity to gather information about your background so we can work together to make a plan for your success. It will also be a time to address any questions you have.
