Great to meet you!

Especially during these hard times, people deserve support and expertise while navigating life's challenges. Dr. Raymond helps people look at problems from different perspectives, allowing them to identify new solutions to address the concerns that motivated them to ask for help. Contact Dr. Raymond to see how she can help you not just get by, but thrive.

My approach to therapy

I do not believe that therapy should be a life long endeavor. We will spend weekly sessions helping make your life outside of therapy better. I am familiar with multiple therapies and techniques, and we will collaboratively determine the approaches that work best for you to achieve your goals.

What you can expect from me

Dr. Raymond hopes to empower people seeking to better their lives to become the best version of themselves possible. To do this hard work, people should feel safe, respected, and comfortable enough to address the hard issues that bring them to therapy.
