Great to meet you!

I am interested in working with clients motivated for intentional, focused, personal change & transformation. I want to help you identify your needs and set realistic, measurable goals. I love to see my clients heal and grow through getting to know themselves deeper and unpacking their stuff together. I am your guide and let's take this courageous journey together.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have training in multiple modalities to include primarily EMDR, CBT, ACT, IFS, solution focused amongst others.

I warmly extend my hand to those who wish to improve their quality of life through transformative self healing. Therapy is a brave road to go down and it takes tremendous vulnerability. You inspire me and I am honored to walk with you on your journey.

What you can expect from our first session

A sense of peace and confidence in them taking the next step in their growth.
