Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here.

I am a licensed therapist in Illinois with over 13 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by stress or anxiety, struggling with relationship or family concerns, adjusting to a major life transition, or experiencing depression, you don’t have to face it alone.

I believe therapy is most effective when you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can openly explore your thoughts and emotions, gain new perspectives, and develop practical strategies to move forward with confidence.

Reaching out for support is a meaningful first step, and it takes courage to begin. Whatever brings you to therapy, I look forward to meeting you where you are and partnering with you on your journey toward healing, growth, and lasting positive change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and interpersonal therapy to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns in relationships. Together, we will explore both present challenges and underlying factors, while also developing practical tools to support meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive and collaborative conversation where we begin getting to know each other. I will invite you to share what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and any relevant background that feels important to you. We will also discuss your goals for therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together.

This initial meeting is also an opportunity for both of us to determine whether we feel like a good fit. Your comfort and sense of autonomy are very important, and I encourage you to share openly about what feels helpful or not, so we can decide together how to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
