Great to meet you!

Feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed? You don’t have to face it alone. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, and Registered Play Therapist, helping children, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges with care and understanding.

Through play therapy, children find a safe way to express, process, and heal. Teens and adults receive guidance for trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, individualized, and focused on helping you move forward with confidence.

I bring experience from juvenile and community settings—including Webb County Youth Village Detention Center, Webb County Treatment Program, United Independent School District, and PILLAR—where I’ve supported clients and mentored clinicians.

Together, we can create a space where you or your child feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, strength-based, and person-centered. I specialize in Play Therapy with children and adolescents, providing a safe space for expression and healing. For teens and adults, I draw from evidence-based techniques tailored to your needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and psycho-education.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you’ll have a safe, welcoming space to share what’s on your mind. We’ll talk about your goals, discuss any challenges you’re facing, and start building a plan together. You’ll also have time to ask questions about therapy and my approach, so you feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning.
