Hello. My name is Liz, and I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Washington. I have been practicing as a therapist since 2016. I have worked primarily with children, teenagers, and families for the past 10 years as a school-based therapist doing crisis intervention and counseling. For the past 5 years, I have also worked with adults experiencing life transitions, infertility, and grief via telehealth therapy. I utilize a client-centered, relational approach to therapy.
