Great to meet you!
Hi, I’m Liz! I am a board-certified Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about helping children, teens, and adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use concerns with compassion and evidence-based care. I believe healing happens when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported, and my goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences and move toward lasting change.
I have more than 18 years of nursing experience across psychiatric care, addiction treatment, women’s health, and clinical leadership. Over the years, I’ve worked in acute psychiatric units, detox programs, outpatient psychiatry, and trauma-focused therapy settings. These experiences shaped the way I practice today: collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that every person’s story deserves individualized care.
My clinical approach includes psychiatric evaluation, psychopharmacology, supportive therapy, and a multimodal treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. I enjoy working with patients of all ages, and I especially love supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start. Together, we will work toward restoring balance, emotional safety, and confidence in your daily life.
In addition to my clinical work, I have spent the past four years volunteering with healthcare professionals experiencing mental health and addiction challenges. Supporting those who care for others has become a meaningful part of my life and reminds me daily of the strength and vulnerability it takes to ask for help.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to walk with you — at your pace and with your goals at the center of our work.
