Great to meet you!

What path are you currently on, and is it truly your own? Do you ever feel so scattered that you lose touch with the person you were meant to be? I understand the unique struggles that come with motherhood—from the chaos of a growing family to the pressure of juggling it all. My journey as a new mom of multiple children led me to seek specialized training in women's mental health. With a diagnostic license and experience as a counselor since 2017, I'm passionate about providing the support I wish I had for women and families in transition.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I draw upon a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with a focus on mindfulness. I believe in the power of collaboration, and I'm here to help you navigate the incredible journey of life, together."

What you can expect from me

Navigating major life transitions can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. I've dedicated my career to supporting women and families just like yours. My background taught me how to create a safe, supportive space for healing and growth. If you are looking trusted partner on your journey, please reach out to schedule a consultation.
