Great to meet you!

"I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience across diverse settings including inpatient psychiatric care, work with immigrant families, and Veterans services. I hold a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work and a BS in Psychology. My practice serves Northern California primarily through telehealth, specializing in trauma recovery, life transitions, grief, and supporting those with unconventional spiritual views and diverse relationship structures.

My approach to therapy

I'm particularly experienced working with women, LGBTQ+ individuals and Veterans, and employ a holistic, trauma-sensitive approach that considers both personal factors and broader social systems. My therapeutic methods include mindfulness, IFS, CBT, solution-focused therapy, and ecotherapy, with special life-review processes available for elder clients.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, clients can expect to gain meaningful insights about themselves and their circumstances while developing practical coping strategies for lasting change. I create a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental environment where your unique experiences are respected and your strengths recognized. Together, we'll explore both immediate concerns and deeper patterns, always honoring that while the locus of change is within, external factors often contribute to our struggles. My approach balances compassionate listening with actionable steps, ensuring you leave each session feeling both supported and empowered to navigate your journey forward."
