Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Liz, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 17 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity, and hope. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, grief, trauma, burnout, and major life transitions. I have expertise supporting healthcare professionals, physicians, and organizational leaders facing the unique demands of caring for others while leading through change and crisis. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California, and my approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique experiences and goals. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and holistic, integrating psychodynamic and attachment-based perspectives with evidence-based strategies that build practical skills and lasting resilience. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, grief, trauma, workplace challenges, and life transitions, including healthcare professionals, caregivers, and leaders facing the emotional demands of high-responsibility roles. Together, we will create a safe and supportive space to deepen self-understanding, strengthen coping skills, and help you move toward greater balance, healing, and fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can share your story at your own pace. Together, we will explore what brings you to therapy, identify your strengths, discuss your goals, and begin developing a personalized plan that feels meaningful and achievable. My priority is to create an environment where you feel heard, respected, and safe, recognizing that seeking support takes courage. Whether you're navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, grief, trauma, or a major life transition, we will work collaboratively to build insight, resilience, and practical tools that help you move forward with confidence and hope.
