Great to meet you!

I have a PhD in Counseling, and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I've been a therapist for over 20 years. I'm an avid reader, love a good joke, am a dog lover, find joy in my work, and adore my family! I'm also college professor and supervisor to other therapists. Much of my practice is working with other therapists, professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives. Please reach out with any questions or to set up a consultation.

My approach to therapy

My results-oriented approach encompasses a range of therapies and modalities that are tailored to your specific concerns including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Intensive Short-term Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Processing, and others. I work with my clients to be who they truly are inside and out to live an authentic, meaningful life through increasing their self-awareness, self-compassion, wellness, and overall joy in their lives!

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a place to feel safe, be who we are with no excuses needed. Creativity, laughter, sharing, and building relationships are what life is about. I use a variety of modalities and techniques that are personalized for each client, along with evidence based practices when appropriate. Life can be difficult, we don't have to go through it alone. I will collaborate with you, ask you questions, and together we will address what you want to talk about.
