Great to meet you!

Welcome! First and foremost, it is my aim to put you at ease, maybe even get you to laugh a little bit! Making the leap to come to therapy can be nerve wracking.

A little bit about me:

I studied Clinical Psychology at Roosevelt University in Chicago and earned my MA in 2019

I have been in practice for 5 years and during that time I have gained invaluable experience working in multiple therapeutic environments. I started my private practice in 2023

My approach to therapy

I am here to challenge, support, and guide you on a journey of self discovery. This work can be difficult, but hopefully it is well worth the effort, and who knows, you may just have some fun getting to know yourself better along the way. In my practice I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and work from a Humanistic perspective. I love to work with high functioning clients who struggle with Anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder, life stressors, relationship issues, or co-dependency.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to receive some light homework assignments in between sessions, such as reading, journaling, getting 15 min of sunshine a day, etc.
