Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist in private practice, providing evidence‐based care to adolescents and adults. I earned my doctorate degree from Our Lady of the Lake University and my master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma. I work with clients ages 12 and up and specialize in supporting individuals with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and trauma, as well as those navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship stress. My approach is collaborative and strengths‐based, grounded in respect for each person’s lived experience. I focus on helping clients build insight, develop practical skills, and create meaningful, sustainable change

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that every person brings a unique story, set of strengths, and lived experiences to the room. I work collaboratively with clients, creating a safe space where we can openly explore challenges, build insight, and develop practical strategies for growth. Our work together is a partnership, one built on respect, transparency, and a shared commitment to your goals. I strive to balance warmth and support with thoughtful challenge, helping you move toward meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your current challenges, and gather background information to help us begin shaping your treatment goals. I strive to build a collaborative relationship from the start, working with you to identify what you want to achieve and how we can move toward those goals together. After the initial session, our work will focus on developing the skills and insights needed to support meaningful change. I typically begin with weekly or biweekly sessions to build momentum and practice new strategies, then gradually space appointments to monthly or as needed to help you maintain progress and sustain long‐term gains.
