Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas with over 15 years of experience supporting clients across inpatient and outpatient settings. I've worked with a wide range of concerns, including trauma, PTSD, sexual assault, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, substance use disorders, relationship and family challenges, and career transitions. Much of my career has been dedicated to providing evidence-based care to active-duty soldiers, veterans, and their families — as well as civilians — across hospitals and clinics.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, authentic, and collaborative. I believe every person deserves to be met with dignity, respect, and compassion. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to tailor treatment to what works best for you.

What you can expect from me

My clinical passion lies in working with trauma survivors and individuals navigating complex mental health concerns and significant life stressors. I believe you are the expert on your own life — my role is to be your partner. Together, we'll develop a treatment plan grounded in your unique strengths and goals. I look forward to working with you!
