Great to meet you!

Is Murphy’s Law all too familiar lately? Several years ago, I changed my middle name to Murphy as a tribute to Murphy’s Law. This decision wasn't solely based on comic relief and the irony of new initials creating a personal warning label - EMS! It also serves as a reminder that we may not be able to control certain situations or experiences (i.e. an accident, divorce, job loss, family, diagnosis, etc.), but we can control how we respond to it.

My approach to therapy

I am a solution-oriented, but empathetic, therapist that values your individuality and unique circumstances. Utilizing an eclectic therapeutic approach helps me provide you with the most effective treatment techniques to help you meet your specific goals.

If you're ready to restore balance, manage stress/triggers, heal trauma, improve relationships, discover your authentic self, leave your abuser, develop healthy routines, and/or more, I can help! You deserve to live the life you want!

What you can expect from me

Welcome to EMS Counseling LLC, a safe, relaxed, judgment-free and confidential space! Band t-shirts, coffee, and even your dog, are welcomed in our convenient telehealth sessions!

Please note, if you require a therapist comparable to an automated help desk assistant, please swipe left!
