Great to meet you!

My goal as a therapist is not to work with everyone, but to work with those who feel aligned with my approach and values. I prioritize building trust and rapport with my clients, as I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for meaningful progress. I work with older teens and adults navigating a variety of challenges, from trauma to life transitions and emotional struggles.

I am inclusive and judgment-free, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life. I firmly believe in the principles that Love is Love and support the Black Lives Matter movement, striving to create a safe, affirming space for all who come to me for support.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and client-centered, with a focus on creating a safe, empowering space for healing. I believe in treating the whole person—emotionally, physically, and socially—recognizing that true healing happens at the intersection of these areas. I specialize in working with vulnerable populations, particularly those navigating trauma and systemic challenges. My goal is to help clients rewrite their narratives, build resilience, and work toward fulfilling, purposeful lives using evidence-based practices tailored to each individual’s unique needs

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges. In our sessions, I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust and empathy. My clients leave with a sense of empowerment, increased resilience, and practical strategies for managing stress, trauma, and emotional difficulties. Together, we work to help you heal, rewrite your narrative, and move toward a more fulfilling, purposeful life.
