I am Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with two Masters Degrees in the field of psychology. I have experience working with Depression, Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, Illness Anxiety, Phobias, Depression, Bi-Polar, Trauma, and Selective Mutism.
My therapeutic approach incorporates a variety of therapy models such as CBT, behavioral, humanistic, mindfulness based, psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, and solution focused.
My work will include unveiling the gifts you didn't know you possessed while looking at how your unconscious beliefs may be restricting you. Having a wealth of life experience while retaining a youthful spirit allows me to easily connect with children, teenagers, adults, and older adults.
