Great to meet you!

Let’s start a conversation and together create a space for understanding and change. I’ve worked in the mental health field for over 25 years, providing treatment to individuals of all ages and clinical supervision/consultation to graduate students, therapists and program leadership. As an LCSW, my approach is grounded in equity, justice and how our unique life context plays a role in personal awareness and well being. In addition to being a treatment provider, I continue to serve as the Chief Clinical Officer of a behavioral health organization. I have extensive training and experience in the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and my practice is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Prolonged Exposure Therapy. Additionally, I have a long history and much success in helping others address grief/loss, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship concerns.

My approach to therapy

I believe committing time and honest collaboration creates meaningful and lasting life satisfaction.

What you can expect from me

Initial sessions are focused on establishing trust and regard while exploring the life experiences that bring you to treatment. Through empathy, awareness and consistent effort, clients can expect an increased ability to manage life stressors and improved confidence.
