Great to meet you!

Hi I'm Elizabeth!

I went to school at Valdosta State Univ. for Marriage and Family Therapy and now I practice via teletherapy in Alabama.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is collaborative, client focused, and led by my own personal curiosity.

I believe my clients are the experts of their lives and I trust their expertise.

My style is drawn mostly from post-modern and systemic psychotherapy approaches like Narrative, Collaborative Language Systems, and Solution Focused therapy.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel more confident in their ability to make decisions to improve their life without a therapist's help.
