Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m Beth, a licensed Professional Counselor. Life brings unexpected challenges, but you don't have to navigate them alone. Over the past six years, I have walked alongside clients of all ages—including children, adults, and families—as they work through anxiety, grief, trauma, and addiction & recovery

I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership built on trust and genuine understanding. My focus is to help you build resilience, gain clarity, and find practical strategies that bring hope and lasting balance to your life.

My approach to therapy

.

I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership built on trust and genuine understanding. My focus is to help you build resilience, gain clarity, and find practical strategies that bring hope and lasting balance to your life.

My approach is informed by an understanding of how past trauma and life transitions can impact overall well-being, and I am dedicated to walking alongside my clients as they navigate these challenges.

What you can expect from me

I am committed to helping you feel as comfortable as possible in our sessions. In our first session, we will identify and explore the issues that matter most to you, ensuring your needs and concerns remain at the forefront of our work. My primary therapeutic approach is rooted in Person-Centered Therapy and incorporates a range of evidence-based modalities. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Positive Psychology. We will carefully tailor this combination of methods to your individual needs and goals. This keeps our collaborative work relevant and effective as we address symptoms and concerns.
