Great to meet you!

Hi there! I am an existential therapist and former lawyer. I understand the challenges of working in a high-stress job, managing family obligations, finding time for rest, and coping with anxiety and depression. I specialize in relationship trauma, panic attacks, insomnia, post-divorce, IVF difficulty, climate/political anxiety, and work-related performance issues.

My approach to therapy

Though I deal with real-world heaviness, my style is relational and caring. I've lived a lot of this myself and can relate without assuming about your experience. My approach is curious, compassionate, and real. I used evidence-based practice and philosophy to help you piece together a new way of living in the world that doesn't hurt quite so much.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, you can expect to reconnect with your sense of hope. I can't promise you'll solve everything in one day, but most of my clients feel at least 1% better after meeting. And, if you're willing to continue showing up, that number will increase over time. You don't have to take my word for it. My goal is for you to experience the benefit of therapy for yourself in our very first session.
