Great to meet you!

I am a licensed certified trauma specialist. I am EMDR Certified and DBT Certified. These modalities compliment the therapeutic alliance and are aimed at outcomes that work to see, affirm, and celebrate you as a whole person. You deserve to experience life without carrying all of the weight of what has happened to you. I look forward to working together to find, explore, and safeguard what makes life meaningful to you.

My approach to therapy

I balance a combination of evidence based modalities, personal experience, and client-centered treatment to uncover and process past experiences as they relate to current distress in order to treat the underlying causes of your pain while assisting in making your everyday life a little lighter with each session. Trauma-informed care is tailored to benefit clients from and in all walks of life. I make an effort to aid each person with referrals to other providers and/or adjunct services that may offer more or additional benefit to them or that may foster a greater goodness-of-fit.

What you can expect from me

I am committed to guiding my clients through barriers that hinder or impede upon their inner peace. Trauma-informed treatment aims to equip the client with an experience that increases their ability to trust themselves, others, and the world around them. We all need food, water, and shelter but we also need to be loved, to belong, and to be needed.
