Great to meet you!

I have over 5 years of experience working with adolescents, teenagers, young adults and families. I specialize in supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, bullying, and experiences within the foster care system.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative, evidence-based approach, including CBT, DBT, and client-centered techniques, to tailor therapy to each individual’s needs. My style is compassionate, honest, and conversational, creating a supportive space while encouraging growth and emotional awareness.

I’m especially passionate about helping children and teens build confidence, resilience, and a healthier relationship with themselves and others.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about your current concerns, personal history, and goals, while beginning to build a trusting, supportive relationship.

My approach is warm, conversational, and collaborative. I'll provide a nonjudgmental space to help you feel heard while using evidence-based techniques tailored to your unique needs. By the end of the session, we'll identify initial goals and create a plan for moving forward together.
