Great to meet you!

I believe healing begins by recognizing the strengths you already have. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I take a person-centered, strength-based approach, helping clients heal from trauma, including generational trauma, navigate life's transitions, and build practical skills for lasting change. Along with working with individuals, I enjoy supporting couples and families, recognizing that lasting change often happens when the entire family system is strengthened. With three years of clinical experience and significant life experience, I strive to create a safe space where clients can quiet shame, build self-compassion, strengthen relationships, and move forward with confidence and hope.

My approach to therapy

I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, sustainable growth. I believe lasting wellness comes from caring for the whole person—mind, body, and soul—and tailoring therapy to each individual's values and goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity to establish a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. I will take time to get to know you, hear your story, and determine whether we’re a good fit to work together. Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals for therapy and discuss practical ways to support your healing, growth, and overall well-being.
