Great to meet you!

I have worked as a Psychiatric Provider in Minnesota since earning my master’s as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have over 15 years of experience working with dual-diagnosis clients coping with both mental and high-medical conditions.

My approach to therapy

I am goal-oriented and take pride in celebrating every win with my clients. It is a priority that my clients feel heard and respected as individuals. In session, I strive to create an atmosphere of openness and acceptance, along with some humor.

What you can expect from me

During our sessions, we will utilize the Science of Nursing model. Together, we will Assess, Diagnose, Plan, Implement, and Evaluate. We will then reassess, adapt/continue the plan, then implement any necessary changes. This systematic approach ensures that we are always on the right path towards our mental health goals.

Psychiatry is an exciting science focused on making life less difficult and a little more enjoyable.
