I enjoy working with preteens, teenagers and adults who are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and/or an adjustment disorder. I have a special passion for working with individuals who are seeking therapy due to grief, loss and/or trauma. I am experienced with helping clients address emotion dysregulation, interpersonal problems including unhealthy boundaries, cognitive distortions, stress, and/or co-occurring disorders. I am also a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP).
