Great to meet you!

I've had the privilege of working with individuals, couples and families for more that 10 years, helping clients navigate life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical support. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, healing and meaningful change when they feel heard, supported, and understood.

Throughout my career, I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, relationship conflict, grief and loss, adoption-related concerns, attachment issues and major life transitions. I understand that each person's story is unique, which is why I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet your individual needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strength-based and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to provide personalized care that best fits you, creating a safe, supportive and nonjudgemental space where you can explore challenges, build resilience and develop the tools needed to move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

Before your first appointment, you'll have the opportunity to complete intake paperwork that helps me better understand your background and what brings you to therapy. During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another, discussing your concerns, and identifying your goals for therapy.

My priority is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgemental space where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences at your own pace. You can expect to feel heard, and encouraged, and respected as we begin exploring the challenges you're facing.

Together we'll develop a plan tailored to your unique needs and begin identifying practical tools and strategies to help you navigate life's difficulties with greater confidence and resilience. My hope is that you'll leave your first session feeling supported, understood and empowered with a clearer sense of direction for your healing journey.
