Great to meet you!

I provide telehealth counseling for adults navigating emotional challenges such as anxiety, trauma, depression, aging‐related concerns, and relationship difficulties. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, gain insight, and develop tools for lasting change.

With 50 years of experience working with adults, including military veterans, I bring genuine compassion to my work. I am licensed as an Independent Social Worker for Clinical Practice in South Carolina and certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for post‐traumatic stress disorder. I also have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns to improve mood and overall well‐being.

Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for a new perspective, I am here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I have a warm accepting approach in helping you identify your goals in therapy. Working together, we identify your thoughts and feelings about reaching goals and overcoming obstacles.

What you can expect from me

I work to create an open, accepting environment where you can develop trust and open communication. I encourage journaling thoughts and feelings about stuck points, as well as progress toward goals.
