Great to meet you!

If you have trauma in your past that is causing pain, stress and anxiety in your life today, you are definitely not alone. In our sessions, I create a safe and creative space for both your mind and your body to process trauma/stress. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), with a doctorate in sociology and 12 years of experience. I specialize in family issues, women's issues, and problems in relationships and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My sessions are affirming and empowering. We find creative ways to build real-world solutions to minimize stress and help you find balance and calm.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will set goals and discuss creative and practical ways to achieve them. I want to learn about you as a whole person: what is your story? What do you like to do in your free time? What are your dreams? Let's work together to get beyond trauma so you can live a full and creative life.
