Great to meet you!

Trained as a social worker, I look at the biopsychosocial aspects of a person's life to understand where they came from, where they are currently are and where they aspire to be. I'm an empathic listener with many years' experience in the field of psychotherapy and use my eclectic skills, such as mindfulness techniques, creative arts, hypnotherapy and psychodynamic training to assist my clients to achieve their highest potential.

My approach to therapy

I utilize many techniques to assist my clients, but only those they are interested in. From talk therapy like CBT, where they reframe their perception of a situation, to art to music to breathwork and visualization, I have quite an array of coping strategies clients can choose from to help them in their daily lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients report feeling more relaxed and in touch with their self-affirming sense of self. They feel able to deal with life's ups and downs with more equanimity and sense of agency. With skills learned in sessions, they're able to apply coping strategies as needed and feel better!
