Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who keeps it real. Life gets overwhelming, and you don’t have to pretend with me. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, anxiety, substance use, relationship stress, or court‐related challenges, I’m here to help you sort through the chaos and find your footing again. I’m supportive, honest, and easy to talk to — and I’ll walk with you as you learn new skills, break old patterns, and build a life that feels more stable and aligned with who you want to be.

My approach to therapy

My approach is calm, structured, and grounded in trauma‐informed care. I help clients work through trauma, anxiety, substance‐use issues, relationship stress, and emotional dysregulation. I also have a forensic‐informed background, supporting clients involved in custody matters, parental fitness concerns, and other court‐related challenges. I focus on helping you understand what’s driving your emotions and behaviors, and I guide you toward practical, meaningful steps that support long‐term stability and growth.

What you can expect from me

I’m a therapist who keeps it real. You don’t have to pretend with me — just come as you are. I help clients work through trauma, anxiety, substance‐use struggles, relationship issues, and the stress that comes with everyday life or court‐related situations. I create a space that feels safe, grounded, and easy to talk in. My work focuses on understanding what’s weighing you down, breaking old patterns, building healthier habits, and helping you feel more stable and empowered. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and one step closer to the life you want.
