Great to meet you!

I’ve been a licensed therapist since 2004, and I continue to feel deeply humbled by our innate capacity to heal and grow. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, stress, self-esteem struggles, and feelings of being stuck or disconnected from themselves. My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story. I believe therapy can be a space to deepen self-understanding, reconnect with what matters most, and create more meaningful and intentional ways of living.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy centers on deep listening, full presence, and building a genuine therapeutic relationship where clients feel supported, understood, and safely challenged. Often, we become trapped in limiting beliefs, painful thought patterns, or ways of avoiding difficult emotions and experiences. Together, we work toward learning how to turn toward thoughts, feelings, and sensations with greater openness rather than fear or avoidance. I help clients develop awareness, flexibility, and self-compassion so they can unhook from patterns that no longer serve them and move toward a fuller, more authentic life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where we begin exploring what brings them to therapy and what they hope to gain from the process. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, challenges, strengths, and goals, while also making space for anything you feel is important to share. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of how we might work together moving forward.
