Great to meet you!

My work is centered on helping people reconnect with themselves in ways that feel grounding, meaningful, and sustainable. Attachment-focused EMDR trauma therapist using somatic and mindfulness approaches to support personal healing, wellbeing and wholeness. Additional specialization in personal and professional coaching and Presence practices support goals pertaining to personal development, peak performance, and life purpose.

My approach to therapy

Together we will explore the obstacles that prevent you from a life of wholeness and thriving, and support you to build skills that can increase the amount of ease, clarity, and meaning in each and every day. Your goals will guide our therapeutic work together. My approach integrates attachment-focused EMDR with somatic and mindfulness-based practices, allowing us to work with both the emotional and nervous-system patterns that can keep people feeling stuck. Therapy is a wonderful way to augment your life during times of transition and challenge. Research shows that we can take on bigger challenges when we feel supported, and that there is a fine balance between the two: too much challenge without adequate support creates burn-out. I aim to balance evidence-based trauma treatment with a thoughtful, collaborative relationship so that healing feels both deep and workable in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a calm, non-judgmental space where you can step away from the pressure of daily life and begin to talk about what brings you in. We will explore your history, current symptoms, and the goals that matter most to you, while moving at a pace that feels natural and comfortable. I want you to leave that first conversation with a clearer sense of what support can look like, how we might work together, and what healing, growth, or renewed direction could begin to feel possible.
