Great to meet you!

Something I’ve learned, personally and professionally, is that everyone is carrying their own unique mix of experiences, challenges, responsibilities, and stressors. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from support. Meaningful work happens when we can be honest about what we're struggling with and what we need. Therapy can be a space where you don't have to hold it all together or have all the answers.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, down to earth, and collaborative. I meet clients where they metaphorically are, recognizing that healing, growth, and change takes time and effort. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and create meaningful, sustainable changes that align with the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

Many clients tell me they feel nervous before their first session and are a little surprised that it wasn't as difficult as they thought it could be. As part of the process, I'll share and go over brief questionnaires and assessment tools to help track symptoms and progress. They can provide helpful information about what may be improving, or what may need additional attention.
